We only process Form Submission Data as instructed by You, the form creator. We do not use this data for Our own purposes (e.g., marketing or analysis) unless required by law.
You are responsible for determining the purpose and means of processing the Form Submission Data, and for ensuring your forms comply with all applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Form Submission Data: This data is retained and managed entirely by You within your self-hosted instance. You are solely responsible for setting and enforcing your own data retention policies for all data collected through Your forms, as We do not automatically delete this data.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the data protection laws that apply to you (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data.

To exercise rights regarding Form Submission Data (data you submitted to a form): You must contact the creator of that specific form (which may be Us or another internal department/user) as We only process this data on their instruction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
